Our Lasagna is made with our Lasagna noodles layered with cheeses
and our Freshly Famous Sausage and Sauce.

Lasagna Rollups
Lasagna Noodles rolled with our famous Sausage, Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese
add spinach if you’d like.

Baked Ziti
Penne Ziti tossed with a mixture of Ricotta and Mozzarella and Sauce,
add our Famous Sausage if you’d like.

Stuffed Shells
 Jumbo Shells stuffed with a blend of cheeses and covered with our Sauce.

Eggplant Parmesan
Battered Eggplant cooked and layered with mozzarella and our sauce.

Eggplant Rollettes
Battered Eggplant sliced lengthwise rolled with Ricotta cheese and covered with our Sauce.

Orrechiette and Broccoli Rabe
Orrechiette Pasta cooked and tossed with Rapini Greens, Olive Oil and Garlic.

Utica Greens
Escarole Greens mixed with pancetta, cherry peppers, grated cheese and breadcrumbs.

Sausage and Peppers
Our Famous Sausage cooked slow and tossed with Bell Peppers.

Stuffed Green Bell Peppers or Half-Hots
Peppers stuffed with a ground beef mixture and covered with our Sauce,
choose Green Bell or Hungarian Peppers.

Meatballs
Our famous hand rolled meatballs, it’s the secret family recipe!

Chicken and Peppers
Slow roasted Chicken with garlic and seasoning tossed with Peppers

Chicken Cutlets
Skinless boneless chicken breast pounded and marinated then
